How about some instructions on how to play the game cuz I keep dying how do you raise your health back up and how come I can't sleep 8 hours or 4 hours I can only sleep one hour at a time?.

1) To raise the health you need to sleep 8 hours 1-2 times
2) You can't sleep 4 hours if it's 6 a.m.; you can't sleep 8 hours if it's 2 a.m. + No sleeping while it's day
